*Total includes FL. State Occupancy tax fee and cleaning fee. Transportation includes Surgery Day round trip, medication fill/ pickup, and post op appointment round trip. If servicing Dolls Plastic Surgery or Evolution MD clients there is an additional $100 fee for transportation expenses. 2 guest maximum.

*Airport/pickup and drop off Miami International Airport only. Miami Airport (MIA) Pick Up and Drop Off starts at 7am daily. Transportation prior to that time the client is responsible. Check out time is 11am plan flights accordingly. Transportation starts the day you are checking in if checking in surgery day transportation starts upon pick up from surgery.
