Dream Nurse Package

All packages includes a pre-op consultation with Nurse Ericka to answer any questions pertaining to your surgery, a list of recommended vitamins and particular surgery friendly food choices for pre/post surgery, suggested hotel list, transportation from surgery, pharmacy, and to and from your post op appointment day one post op.

**To reserve service it will require a $300 deposit. All deposits are nonrefundable and non transferable.

Option A
~24hrs of care (hours must be completed by day 1 post surgery) $985

Deluxe Package

Option A:
~24hrs+1 massage $1300 (hours must be completed day 1 post surgery)

Option B:
~36hrs +2 massages $1875 (hours must be completed by day 2 post surgery)

Option C:
~48hrs +IV hydration+3 massages $2450 (hours must be completed by day 3 post surgery)

Services does not stop once hours are completed! You will have access to Nurse Ericka during your healing journey as she remains available to assist you with post surgery maintenance questions and concerns.
